Engineer’s Reports (Planning Reports)

During the course of the development permit process, the regulatory authority for land use planning and development, the Malta Planning Authority, may request assessments in terms of whether the proposed architectural design is fit for purpose vis-à-vis the fire safety, noise emission, ventilation, fume emissions, peak power and annual energy demands, and flood risk of a particular building, waste management facilities, etc.

At Sammut & Associates we use our experience in the related disciplines of building services design, energy assessments and acoustics and thanks to our in-house qualified and trained personnel, we are able to deliver the required engineer’s reports in accordance to the relevant design guidelines for buildings in Malta and within short timeframes.

The following engineer’s reports may be obtained either as standalone reports, or in combination, e.g. fire safety, ventilation, and fume emissions report. Get in touch with our engineers to find out more about how we can help you in your planning and permitting process.
